Pay rise after one year
Does the pay go up after a years service? Due end of January and how is that affected by the new deal?

It'll go up by 50p per hour after 12 months............. your pay should then be increased by a further 3% if the pay deal is accepted.
If the deal is accepted, you should also receive 3% of your pay backdated to april
