Hi, sorry this question has probably been asked many times before but, How long do I have needed to have been working with RM to get sick pay, and if so how many weeks will I get it for? Thanks

you have to be in employment for 12 months before sick pay kicks in, you can then get 6 months at full wage and 6 months at half wage in ant three year period.
