because they are the c***s that don't have to live with this deal .... they can go back to their tea rooms with their opposite numbers in Royal Mail and pat each other on the back on a job well done whilst we are overloaded with letters/Parcels/Recordeds/Tracks and D2ds whilst we are accused of having performance issues
