Porters, Single slot frames, how many?

We have had P&L in our office for almost 2 years now. The planners have gone, came back, rejigged the office about 4 times now. The short story is we have NO porters, NO single slot frames (the office apparently not fit for purpose). Yet its a constant battle, still, with the DOM, regarding failing duties. DOM constantly reads from the same old hymn book. Performance issues etc. Harass .Testing prep rates etc. Harass. How common IS this? How many offices is this occurrence happening to?

Same in my office no single slot frames, but we do have porters. But we have less on IPS and we are sorting more.

We've had P&L for two and a half years and it's the same - never any porters, hardly any single slot frames, too many packet yorks such that you'd never get out quickly enough in the event of a fire, and of course the ubiquitous B&H.

we still have porters and most rounds are single slots, but it is a constant battle to keep it that way.

We have backless frames but have never had porters, and the vast majority of frames are mainly double slot. There just isn't room for single slot frames which would be a lot bigger.

Porters are set to fail in our office, they are required to supply 24 walks, impossible after 20 mins, and all the double prepar's end hope collecting their own mail.

porters lasted about a week at my office as theres never enough sorters. as for single slot fittings our office is so small they are making everyones fitting smaller so there will be no single slots. bring on the weeks where its 6 door to doors there wont be any mail going into the fitting
