As regards the apparent looking no strike deal, I cannot trust Royal Mail not to engineer a situation where they deem a part of the business unsustainable financially, thus scupper any protections and deals we have.

Jesus they can't even get the mail figures remotely right.

the union is endorsing this, they will not want to highlight the less 'savoury' parts ( I'll bare my arse in Burton's window if any rep tell's the workforce about the no strike/industrial action/collective grumbling clause)

All people will see is the backdated pay rise and 5 years terms - have a look on Facebook if you don't believe me the union are getting a huge thumbs up and lauded for their brilliant negotiating skills

Couldn't believe what I was reading ... maybe ask our colleagues at Canada Post to have a quick read and let us know what they think will happen 'after' it is agreed.

Disapointing,was hoping for something good on workload issues. payrise no different,only good thing is 3 yrs to 5 yrs .But quite a lot of us might be begging for EVR by then.

Lets hope you don't come to regret your choice. Yes the money side is good, but are we paying too much in the "words" just like 2010.
