With this new deal looking like a done deal apart from putting it to us to vote, I hope mail centre staff everywhere will have the balls to back up us posties if bullying and workload issues aren't tackled satisfactory, cos to be frank. Our bodies can't take much more of this tiring kangaroo court we find ourselves in on a daily basis, you are never working to speed etc etc.

I mentioned this earlier , how many of the 150000 staff are actually on delivery, and how many have cushy indoor jobs?? Should have held a seperate vote for delivers only.

Something tells me this is gonna be the same scenario as the last time .... CWU swayed the last vote by taking D2D payments off the postmen and giving everyone the £20 supplement per week which is a total disgrace when it's only the posties who are preping and delivering them

To be fair most delivery office staff haven't got the BALLS to go on strike, they do all the whinging on here and when you go there office, When it comes to the nitty Gritty of actually going out they wont do they have NO BALLS.
Shrewsbury mail centre and all other mail centres all over the country always go out, Eelivery offices NEVER go out because most of them are scared of losing the carrot that royal mail usually dangle (£200)
So who ever you are get real and go out next time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When it comes to union membership AFAIK MC staff are outnumbered by DO staff by at least 2:1 so chances are that whatever form the agreement (DINGO! when will the ordinary membership get to see a copy of it?) that it'll be voted in by DO staff.

You are being abused daily in a DO, but at least you get to leave the office and get away from it. In a MC it is constant for the whole of your attendance.

The last times we have been on strike just about all the DO's in our area worked through and gave us no support, now the boots on the other foot you all come on here bleating about no support from MC staff.

It's now time for us ALL to stand together.
