strong winds today

The wind was so bad it blew my trolley over twice today

I got trapped by my van. Tried to get out was stuck in the door!!!! Oh and had to chase parcel in garden several times. Was also pinned up against a wall trying to put the post in box. But it was not that windy, did not even get risk assessed. Bring on the floods.

they go on about health and safety in the office etc,but today we should never of gone out on delivery,it was terrible saw loads of garden fences blown over etc,the volume of mail was terrible stacks of mail parcels recordeds tracked etc.to sum up the day I get home to find my garden fence blown down,im off for a bber now sod it..

Some of my d2d's are heading over the channel towards France as we speak. Hope they wanted a dominos pizza and car insurance.

Heard of sandstorms, snowstorms, rainstorms, but hit by a leaf storm today. The buggers just flew up from everywhere and hit me as I was cycling, feet hanging to the ground to make sure I didn,t get blown up a tree. Didn,t reckon on the tree getting me from the ground upwards. For a few seconds I couldn,t see a thing.

I was worried about roof tiles falling on my head, shame they didn't land on a DOM and knock some sense into him lol.

Glanced at a shop window, saw a red streak flash by.
Turned to see my trolley sailing off into the distance.
Managed to dodge a freak hailstorm,
only to be caught soaked in a sudden rain downpour just minutes later.
Didn't lose any parcels in the winds, cap flew off though.
Some customers thought it bad we still had to work,
more-so those who had been sent home from their outdoor jobs.
