No as the deal has not been officially released to us mere mortals, or even Dingo, then details are rather sketchy. Apparently there are plans to address workloads in the agreement, such as surveys and visits, but beyond that there are no details.

Well what I think it means is that Royal Mail don't believe there's a problem and the union have the tendency to agree because only 1000 out of 115,000 have put in a grievance soooooooooo they are leaving it to Area and Divisional Reps to visit sites, at their leisure of course, of which they have plenty, to forward a frank and truthful report of the state of the nation in deliveries.

I can write it now - "No problems here we have everything under control, the members are happy and say we are doing a great job both at local and national level" and HQ - "Great! Just as we thought, business as usual then, anyone for morning coffee".

well on 1 of the many extention statements it stated bob gibson had said there would be no agreement unless deliveries were sorted out. somehow the silence makes me wonder as from what i read over the weeks of talking deliveries were the stumbling block just hope im not right
