RM are just stalling to get xmas out of the way,we should have called an all out strike and give them 7 days to sort it out.The threat of strike action will be severely diminished in the New Year

What threat of strike action? There is no threat. 8 months of talks, weeks and weeks of extensions and all the CWU can muster is a 15 minute strike to keep the ballot alive - a ballot which is totally useless because it's never going to be used.
that will show em , weve only seen our rep / area rep about 3 times this year on his own duty ( been walk collapsed all year . so 15 mins wont make any difference , chocolate fireguard comes to mind ,
