BONUS !!

The question is last year at the end of June we were paid £100 extra it was entered on the wage slip as ' Bonus Payment Business Performance' Tax week 13.
This we were told was then to be paid in December along with Xmas Bonus of £100, thus making £200. Now if I and quite a few of my colleagues remember correctly when the initial payment was made the notice said £100 was the minimum and that it could be more if the business performed well. Well November saw huge profits made, anyone else remember this and have any ideas whats happening about it,

Now I wonder where it might be. Three weeks talks = meals, drinks, overnight accommodation, look no further.

Not so much being Greedy Chickenwittle just more inquisitive, also like many people just sick and tired of being 'promised' things that never seem to appear.

Not only that but the Christmas Pay Agreement only states a bonus of £100. Why?

Like I said in original post the Xmas bonus has always only been £100. This other £100 was something totally different but was also to be paid in December. Sadly no one seems to have the paperwork to hand.

Thanks TBT, we have seen the LTB dated 14th Oct this year. The document we are looking for is the one telling us of the first payment we recieved in june 2012. this was probably posted in late April to early May last year. We are sure it said minimum in it. We not expecting more just want know we weren't all going MAD. Once again thanks for info.
