Booking holiday

So Dom has a rule that anything to do with holidays ie booking ,checking availability and any other holiday related enquiries can only be dealt with on a Monday and Tuesday morning .

Problem being the Dom is hardly at the office and tue is work time learning so Mondays are the only real chance to attempt to discuss anything.

I've been trying for at least 6 weeks now to check my available days left and check what I have booked ect I've left notes emailed and getting no response.

It's a realy hard issue to even mention to the dom without them getting verbly aggressive towards you it's like treading on egg shells to even approach them .

I'm looking for my options but at the same time I don't want to rock the boat and put myself in the firing line of the magement . I've though about putting in a formal complaint but at the same time this does not solve my issues of needing to know what's dates and days I have ect

Thanks for the advice after my last post I googled Moya and got my answer. Going to give it one more go in the morning and if the Dom is either not in or not going help me I'll be contacting my local rep to find out what's best to do next and sending off a email to the big boss in the sky moya to ask if this stupid rule of selected times to talk about holidays is allowed.

Either way it's getting sorted or it's a complaint being made It would be nice to get a family holiday booked without this hassle.

Went in today asked a LM if the Dom was in and they are once again not in the office I've told them I need to find out about my holiday and they have brushed me off with the Dom will be in tomorrow ( my day off ). I've totally lost patience with it now and contacting my rep in the morning I should not have to wait 6 weeks to find out about my holiday dates ect .

Tell him you only feel like delivering your walk on Mondays and Tuesdays see how he likes it. Tell him it's his job or it's his job to pass the responsility to a line manager and it should be available during most working days.

You have not met my Dom you only have to mention holidays and they go off in a rage .. I'll call the union rep see what they say and then my next move is to lodge a formal complaint about the matter !
