11PM delivery ... yes 11pm
Last Friday, part of Oxford OX4 have their mail delivered at 11pm at night and its common (OX3 and OX4) .......6 and 7 PM letter/packet delivery. Can any other delivery office beat this East Oxford Delivery Office's performance ?

That's impressive! Surely most people that live in east oxford are students who have only just woke up?!human1 wrote:Last Friday, part of Oxford OX4 have their mail delivered at 11pm at night and its common (OX3 and OX4) .......6 and 7 PM letter/packet delivery. In our office our vanshares will be split into two between 6.30am-9am, one person doing the sorting in the office, the other one delivering parcels for the 2 duties. Hopefully it'll work, hopefully we won't be out there past 5pm and walking past houses hearing the theme tune to Neighbours or Corrie.

I wouldn't be posting in the dark evenings for health and safety reasons.

And he obviously skips his meal relief and then overloads on simple carbs later.Acca Dacca wrote:Santa should work to his time and stop coming in early and running round his dutybustedflush wrote:An hour later and the postie will bump into Santa xmas eve.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

It would be interesting to see how many hours he work and how often. I don't see the point of delivering that late.
