Yes I did, received a reply in a day or to after, and the outcome was positive, met a regional manager who was in the real world and talked sense, The whole objective of "Tell Moya" it is to "To Say it as it is" which is part of the World class objective. The higher echelons' do not really know what it is really like on the shop floor and therefore are not in touch with the real world. They only know what is fed back from the local managers which is a blinkered view from their perspective, so they can say everything is honky dory in their office. If you read the Courier you would think that everything is bliss in the Royal Mail world, but you and me know differently. Some managers are ok and respect their workforce and are in the real world, others are inept, due to lack of training or laziness and just try and get away with an easy time. I would like to know how some of then can run an office from the chair they seem to be super glued to. End of rant.

I made several serious allegations into the management at my D.O. The moya's team guy then interviewed everyone involved and decided the way they were acting was correct.

The management teak of course just denied all knowledge.No interview for me? No follow up questions for me? Just took the managers word for it about what they were doing!

I think what proves that this was complete bollocks was that there was absolutely no comeback on me whatsoever for making such allegations, weird eh?

Had a similar experience.
Emailed moya about an issue several times. Each time a reply is received that contact has been made with the dom, and that things will change. My view is that local managers, doms and dsm's lie to the moya team.
They only mention issues during work time listening, which is just lip service at best.
Local management deny problems and wear there blinkers. The information they pass up means the senior management are also wearing even bigger blinkers. Therefore giving a perception that there are no problems, issues or failings.
Its all hidden from sight by ignorance. Management are not the only ones guilty of this ignorance, the CWU reps high and low, and our colleagues are equally guilty by cutting corners and CWU allowing it to happen without challenging them.

Unless all this changes we are all screwed.

I've emailed her on about 30 or more occasions, I don't deal with my manager/s any more, straight to Moya, managers are afraid to say boo to me now. Cos they know I just go straight to Greene. Never mind any one else especially grievances waste of time..... Because it's an email paper trail there is an onus on her to do something and to be fair she does. Even tho I wouldn't trust her either
