Hello, I was issued 2nd stage warning in Febuary this year and haven't been sick since,obviously that was issued on the old procedure so what stage am I on now if any?

Employees on 2nd review who do better than the standard required with no more than one absence of four days or less will come off the formal attendance process.

Employees on 2nd review with one absence of more than four days but less than ten will revert to 1st review and will remain on Review 1 for six months.

Advice needed! I was of sick earlier in the year due to a shoulder problem I had a couple of absences which triggered a stage 1, since then I've had surgery to correct the problem and had 49 days off! I was put under pressure by the manager after 3 weeks asking when I was coming back? Even though he knew it was a 6-8 week recovery!!! I spoke to atos and my surgeon and they both agreed I shouldn't return to work untill my sick note runs out. I had my stage 2 interview with my rep and all the manager kept saying was I was off to long and should have returned to work earlier than my sick note? Me and the rep were under the impression both absences would be linked and I would be reissued a stage 1 but I received a stage 2 today with no appeal? I'm really fuming and dont kmow what to do?

Surely he is not on any stage now if he has not been sick, you only revert back down to a stage one if you have had one absence over 4 days.

Hi, I wAs issued with stage 2 inFebruary. As of today I have been sick for 8 consecutive days including Sunday. Can anyone tell me how this affects me according to the new agreement. Would I have gone back to stage 1 prior to this sickness absence?

if you meet the criteria (1 absence of 3 days or fewer) in the following 6 months, you are removed from the procedure entirely.
A second absence triggers the next stage.
