Leadership allowance.
I work in the callers office for 4 days a week for which I get paid a leadership allowance. For the last 6 weeks and for the next 5 weeks I will be doing 6 days in there , my question is , is this allowance payable per day as obviously the guy who is usually on there gets paid the allowance for 2 days but as he is not there should this be mine?
