Christmas Bonus

Hey all, was just wanting to clarify Royal Mails policy on Christmas Bonus. Am I right in thinking if any absences occur during December you are not entitled to the bonus?

You lose a certain percentage for each day of absence during the Christmas pressure period. Someone will be along in a bit to tell you how much you lose per day.

The eligibility criteria for the Christmas bonus payment will be the same as last year, based on the four December weeks (commencing 25 November).

Yesterday I had an AOD and just returned from the hospital to the news that I have got torn ankle ligaments and will be off work for between 4 - 6 weeks.

as this was an AOD, will I still be entitled to the bonus in full? or only the days I have worked so far?
