Hi, hopefully someone will have a definite answer to this.
When someone leaves the company, what happens to their duty? Does it go up for anyone to sign for it, or is it people without a duty?

The duty should be put up on the board and dealt with under seniority rules. Anyone can apply and from the ones that do the most senior postie wins.

Is senior postie the one with the lowest pay number? ie zz1609 lower than zz1645 for example?
