Simple question:
Am I allowed to wear shorts over winter to raise money for a local charity?
I am not interested in peoples opinions about me wearing shorts in winter I just want to know if I can do so for charity without my manager
'forcing' me to wear trousers.
I work in distribution, in collections.

Your manager can insist on you wearing appropriate clothing in the winter for your health and safety which in addition to yourself he is also responsible for, best to clear it with him first

I can't see why not, plenty in our office wear shorts all year round.
