A reference letter from your Royalmail

i am working as postman in royal mail.
i need employment reference letter .
can any one share address where i should send written request .
my friend told me we have to write now in Edinburgh 3rd party enquiry .

but i don't have address ?
any one can help me in this .

You should write to HR at Royal Mail, Pond Street, Sheffield, S98 6HR.

Alternatively you can contact HR on 0845 6060603 and request a Certificate of Employment. Make sure to have your Pay No to hand.

I asked for a letter last Wed and got it today (2 working days).
Not very often I am impressed by Royal Mail.

i have written and send by special delivery still did not got it . i have send on Thursday and today is Tuesday still not letter .

Does anyone have a reference from Royal Mail or can anyone tell me what information they put on the reference?
I was wondering if it showed the workshop courses, current and past conducts or the knife my manager and work partner put in my back.

Can anyone also confirm that for a weekly paid worker I only have to give 1 weeks notice.

Because my contract from 2018 states that is the case but Royal Mail doesn't see us as workers/human
