how much holiday entitlement for a guy doing 4 full days a week who hass bought up to 6 weeks holiday.

is it 30 days or pro rata? if so how much is his basic?

Not necessarily, the holidays are now allocated in hours, up to 5 years service without buying additional leave, they would be entitled to 4½ weeks.

If they were full time at 39 hours, that would be calculated to 175½ hours
If they were part time at 32 hours per week, that would equate to 144 hours
if they were part time at 24 hours per week, that would equate to 108 hours
