Dress standards for managers

can anyone please tell me where i can find the dress standards for line managers
are they all scrapped now or what
seems to be a lot of managers nowadays who have no business like dress sense
gone are the days when managers had to wear shirt and tie and had to wait for shift managers approval to remove their tie
have even seen managers working in hi vis polo shirts !!!!!!!
surely they must have some minimum dress code

We have a manager who looks like a tramp,big baggy scruffy jumper,dirty pants and tennis shoes on,the other manager is always dressed smartly.

I think as long as it stretches over the middle age spread, it conforms to the business standard.

They should be following the same dress code/standard as us, set out in the "hand/guide" book that was sent out to us the other week. If we have to follow a standard then they should do the same.... but then again they do seem to think they're better than us [well some of them do anyway]. Complain to your DOM about it and see what they say.

As long as they don't show too much cleavage and the hemline fall below the knees, they should be ok.

Theirs is that facial hair should be neatly trimmed and bereft of crumbs
