In theory it existed for a short while as part of the pay deal, then it was rejected by the union.

After this it was offered as a bribe not to strike...........

Will we ever get it ? - who knows

Hopefully the situation will make become clearer next week, or the week after that, possibly the week after that, but it might even be the week after that - it all depends upon the union setting a final, final, final deadline, or if they really intend to stick to the current final final deadline

Most of our part timers are doing more than that this time of the year.And with no chance of being made up to full time either,still as long as you get it why should you bother about anybody else.

the whole idea of every payment,,,,wether it be xmas bonus,,,,,condition bribe or even delivery supplement being pro rata aint a concern of mine.....the point I was making was there offering money,,,,,why,,,,,think of the long game,,,,a few quid in a lump sum wont be the answer,,,no matter how much you need it now.

but since I was reminded of this pro rata,,,,,i have a "concern",,,i am full time,,,i prep mine and my part timers walks in a morning,,,,i am expected to have it all ready in the time before he starts,,,,he then comes in to work,,,is paid 6 hrs a day,,,,were on a 4 hour delivery span,,,,,simple maths say 6hrs pay,,,,4 hrs delivery,,,,?

part time,,,,and for that matter full time in our office come in on time and finish at the finishing time,,,,so no extra hours at our d.o
