Suspended from delivery query
If someone is suspended from delivery for alleged wilful delay, should they be informed in writing they are being suspended. Is there any written guidance in dealing with wilful delay?

If you have been suspended then you will get written confirmation of a precautionary suspension .it will then be reviewed after 48 hours and reasonable periods there after.

Any suspension should be confirmed in writing, including the date of suspension and the reason why (usually at the first stage it's to 'allow further investigations').
