ok so. these talks with the cwu and rm. this is what I think will happen next.

1. the union will make an announcement on 25th November.

2. the union will say after good progression with talks they feel that strike action is no longer necessary so will pull the strike threat away.

3. talks will continue to finalise a deal.

4. these talks will take place after xmas so that rm and cwu can fully focus on them without the burden of xmas pressure there. (an rm trick)

5. after xmas rm will tell us all to f*** off.

I think there will be a settlement one way or other next week. Probably 5 year contract and improved pay but no improvements on delivery, lapsing etc
