Hey guys!..does anyone know the guidelines on IHR? .. I have been on light duties since sept and the injury doesn't look like its gonna improve!
I have been a postie 5 years and my DOM says he'll give me IHR if I want it
Where do I stand? What will I receive? If anything.

34 weeks pay (tax free) plus 1 weeks pay for each year you've been there. .. (don't quote me on this thou).. :thumbup

is one week pay is Basic pay or Basic pay plus delivery supplement ?

Is 34 weeks plus X numbers of years + Shares money (what about holiday pay) Just asking.
