RM today - if you could pick a function/shift ?
Assume you were coming into the business as it is today on a postal grade - which function and shift would you pick if you had a choice? and would you go for FT or PT?

Any shift on them walk sequencing machines,money for old rope.

Late collections, piece of cake, always on the same route, always finish before time, no grief from line manager.

Anything but delivery! How health and safety allow such long hct duties is a disgrace.People will end up with injuries. Also being a mile or more from base with nowhere to piss after 4 or 5 hours - Another corker that somehow is allowed these days.

Late collections - pretty much your own boss, only gets shitty in the bad weather or when there is an issue with the traffic. Would be better if deliveries didn't leave so much crap in the vans
