Whats better

Is it better to have short term gain,(pay increase) or long term pain,unable to do job because of workload? I know which I would choose, and my health is more important. Just remember Rome wasn't built in a day, 1 week more to get things sorted, not that long to wait, and if things are not sorted then STRIKE.
