Chance of full time during pressure
I'm currently 25 hours
Obv bonus is pro rata
But would I make more in overtime not signing the sheet forfull time ?
I do ok with overtime but would hate to think I'd lost out in some way

If you do sign for FT you will work 39 hrs, if you stay PT then after 14hrs "OT" you will get the same money as a FT worker. Your choice!

I don't know about your place but where I work, Christmas pressure is treated as S.A. That means you don't get paid for your breaks, except on Sundays. They also have some funky end times, like 12 minutes before the hour.

Be careful.Full time at xmas could mean 39 hours over 6 day's.Not that a manager would tell you that before you sign the sheet.

Don't forget if your contract is temporally made up
for Xmas you accrue extra annual leave
