Worst x'mas tip you have ever had?

Mine is easy......I was given 20p( twenty pence)...and a bag of rotten fruit!!!
I think this lady was probably trying to tell me something....20p went into charity box..fruit was given to birds on my round(feathered variety)
I suppose it was the thought that counts.

Nothing, Nada, Ziltch was the worse Christmas tip I got.

£60 off one customer was the best :)

A bar of soap from an old woman who used to chat to me every day (back in the days when we had time).

Every year after that she gave me money, so no idea why the soap that year!

Wasn't a tip as such but our Christmas bonus of cabbage seeds a few years ago was right up there . :crazy:

Christmas Eve a few years back, I'd just posted to one house and was walking back up the drive when I hear the door opening behind me and ''hey postie I've got something for you'' the guy is stood there with a heavy, full carrier bag, as he hands it to me he says '' these moved out over a year ago''... it was full of mail for a previous tenant, w******r!

I've also been given a miniature bottle of Baileys, I don't know if it was a genuine 'thought that counts' gesture or someone trying to tell me what they really think of me??

Some woman was heavily into angels :confused . Imagine my surprise when I got back to my bike (remember them) to find an envelope taped to it with a small crystal angel in it. I was gobsmacked.

I got 24 bottles of Budweiser once which sounds like a great tip but that was in the old days of bag over the shoulder and 24 bottles of Bud plays havoc with the bag weight matrix.
What I really should have done was start drinking them.
