Nothing agreed till every thing agreed

Over the last 24 hours I have heard union members in Mail centres, when discussing rumours that it was only deliveries that were holding up an agreement, basically happy to abandon delivery members.
I have also heard other members in Mail centres blame postman on deliveries for "way forward agreement" and it's affect on Phgs.
All of this is shameful?
When will people learn that a union is only as strong as all it's members.
I work in a mail centre, but I can appreciate that the hardest work is done in deliveries with the least recompense.
Being divided in functions is the road to ruin.
Remember that the union, our union has said in LTB 733:
"The individual elements outlined above will only be deemed agreed when everything is agreed"
So their will be no sell out of delivery postman.

The aim is to have

1. Legal protections for employees that extend beyond the current three year offer.


2. An improved pay and reward offer.


3. A separate pensions agreement.


4. An agenda for growth underpinned by a culture of consensual change, timely decision making and industrial stability supported by alternative dispute resolution processes.


5. An agreed approach to aligning resourcing to workload with a resolution to any current workload and resourcing issues.


6. An overview of the future parcels and letters strategy.


7. A joint company/CWU charter shaping the ongoing values and principles of the Royal Mail Group.


8. An ongoing operational programme of work.

All stand together or be picked off one by one!

well said we have muppets already spending there so called back pay or are they scared of there wifes
