Flexing up.

Was told yesterday they can ask me to flex up till 2 hours over the week. (Thought it was only 30)
Then was told if I refuse they will keep me to my time for rest of week.

They can ask, theres nothing wrong with that, he agreement was for a 30 minute flex and to get that back later in the week, but since they are only asking they are doing nothing wrong,

also keeping you in till your time, they are entitled to do that

Don't care if they keep me to time, just pissed off because I start on time don't have Enough time to compleat duty and do absorption. While all the early starters are going home early f***ing the job up. Hate them more than managers

Look Saturday is a working day ,why does everybody think they have to be able to finish earlier.
Sorry but those days are gone and get it in your heads if you want to keep full time hours or even some part time hours then finishing early is out of the question.

So when rm think there are no problems on delivery, no bullying, no lapsing problems, no problems with forced overtime etc etc we hear every day on here there are. This is the main problem in the talks, rm don't think there are any issues on delivery.

As has been stated countless times on this forum. ASK (nicely) your manager to put it in writing. Ask if its okay to verify with your area rep.
