Streatham DO (SW16)
Yesterday staff at the Streatham Delivery Office took part in un-balloted industrial action. Managerial resource was used to cover delivery of Special Delivery™ and Tracked™ items and the enquiry office was also open as normal for customers to collect mail where a 'Something for you' card has been left.
Staff are working as normal today and we hope to return services to normal very quickly. We’d like to apologise for any inconvenience caused to customers in the area yesterday.
