IM BEING BULLIED AND HARASSED HELP

I'm being bullied and harassed by my manager its been going on for a while on and off .What is my best course of action
should the union rep take up my case, should I call the help line. I am not prepared to let this go and just want
some advice about the best way to go about ending this he has also used derogatory language to me about my mental health
He is taking me in for a meeting on Wednesday with the view to discipline me for questioning why i am being treated different to others in the office.
Its making me ill . any advice

First of all are you a union member?If so contact your local rep immediately, or alternatively if not available your area rep.
You should not attend any meeting with this manager unless you have union representation or alternatively a colleague who can represent and take notes. Before you go into the meeting make sure that you have written down a case history of the dates and times that you consider you have been treated differently, and or bullied, harassed by this manager, together with notes on what he has said or done that makes you feel intimidated or disrespected by this manager.
When you are in the meeting try to act very calmly and put across your feelings. Also very importantly before you attend this meeting, request from this manager the reasons why you are being asked to attend this meeting and evidence of any allegations that he is making, in order that you can make a case to repudiate what he is saying. If he fails to provide you with this information ask for an adjournment until such time as you receive this information.

Hi yes i am a union member when I approached the rep about the meeting he at first told me
to take our P.H.G in with me when I said I wanted a union rep there he said I would need to
phone one to come in. HE then 4 hours later said he would attend with me . The letter I received
from manager says .I would like you to attend an interview to discuss your (my) behaviours towards the manager of this unit
all I did was ask why I am being treated different to other people in office
the interview is to establish facts and to determine if formal charges in accordance with the conduct code are appropriate
all for asking a question its a joke . There are several issues I have with him regarding his unfair treatment towards myself
I contacted branch rep regarding one issue I had with him during the summer since then its been on and off his unfairness

Always talk to them (management) with a colleague in earshot, write everything down and KEEP it while still employed. Ask them to print you off a bh1 form in case you need it, of course they are so cocky they will oblige but you have rights and will be ok with a warning if you have been naughty, whereas they will ALWAYS be d^^^heads.

Well a lot don't have the ball's you have mate if you are being treated different that is harassment so is this manager going to bully you even more? never go in without a witness as to discipline you for questioning your opinion about him discriminating you if you don't have a rep or area rep you could use that help line but they are worse than useless! Good luck and hopefully with a good out come.

use the helpline they at least set the wheels in motion.one thing managers hate the most is another manager having to come into their office to wash their dirty linen.
be strong and keep a diary because without facts they will not listen.
that said they will still worm out of it by sticking together but at least it will be on record against that manager

Alright mate meeting went well he tried to say his piece I put my position over regarding how I felt I was being treated
he tried to have an answer for everything but I was took no further .Union rep was there he's as much use as a chocolate
watch so he is ,so no action taken mate . I am quite happy to let it go there for now anymore s**t and I wont be .I have a note
of everything times dates ect . cheers for asking
