hi I'm dean the postie in Tewkesbury most of you will know me. I going to do a cyle ride where I will be ctcling form Tewkesbury-London. Where I will stay the night, I will then join an organised event. Where we will be cycling form London-Amsterdam-Brussels i will then get the euro star train back to London where I will stay the night before cycling back to Tewkesbury. The total distance would be approx 500miles I will be doing the 6th may - 12th may. I hope you will help me SMASH!! My target so go to

Hi Dean, I've never heard of you, but then I've never been to Tewkesbury! But I'm into the cycling too so will check out your site. Only thing is I'm already sponsoring a few guys doing runs so if I don't think you look like you will be putting the effort in I might not sponsor you atall. So how hard are you going to be pushing it? How many hours a day do you reckon you will be out and what to you think will be your average speed? I did LEJOG recently, 7 days, you reckon you could beat that?

We'll i was doing training but as the storm is hitting use today I stayed In but I'm doing most of my training in gym at moment as as my delivery includes 30 blocks of 3 flight stairs that's good training to say least. I'm going to do it in 6days not as good as your ride which is impressive to say least in that time but still good. Also as it's a company online I'm doing it with I can do it any quicker, as they got to stick to time scales. I'm hoping to raise at least £1400 for prostate cancer as a college at work has it hopefully,the money I raise will help him get better. And after the winter prob in February I will step up my cycle training as it should be better weather and lighter but hopefully I'm going to get a kit so I can cycle indoors which will help so if u or anyone else could sponsor me the I would be very greatful thanks dean.

Ps. I'm also doing a raffle/charity night to raise most of my funds as most people will give then if they got chance of winning.
I will also do movember and grow a Mexican mustache to help me SMASH!!! My total. Can post pics on here if need every week on progress of mustache if it means I get more sponsors.
