This is a bit better,also it's in hr's now aint it...
The holiday entitlement is:
On entry - Four and a half weeks.
After 5 years - Four weeks and 3.5 days.
After 15 years - Five weeks and 1 day.
after 20 years - Six weeks.

in 2016 I will have reached 20 years service if ive still got a job then.i purchase a bit of leave now to take me to 6 weeks a year ,when i9 reach 20 years will I get a bit more take home pay as I will not have to purchase any extra leave ?POSTMAN wrote:This is a bit better,also it's in hr's now aint it...The holiday entitlement is:

Weighted very heavily towards the 15 and 20 years service. first 15 years just 1 days increase then over a week in the next five years. not knocking it though.
