are they a job lot for every frame? regardless of number of delivery points? (or some sort of pro-rata calculation even)

maybe print out a "this is how long it should take to answer the door" letter and write on it TOO SLOW! if an old lady takes 3 minutes to answer the door.

f***ing idiots what about nov because weve been rammed in our office now , how do they no what parcels and packets your going to get or what you can post and not post on your round or to sign for , tracked , specials , I would wait and when it happens drag the clown to the frame and count the pkts etc. me and my mate did a count yesterday on the loops to see how many we had to knock for and it was 101 and finished at 3.30pm , where do they get these clowns from.

LOL as a rep in my office i can conclude These guys are idiots , no wonder were in the state were in , there forecasts are based on last years traffic witch probably wasnt recorded properly anyway , theres no xtra time for anything now once you hit model week traffic ( which is most of the time ) then you need to resource to it by spending ie overtime, with everyone total pissed off in our office with our manager then there not willing to go past there time , looking at a disaster this xmas . the only way this bussines runs is by the good will of the posties , that im afraid is all but gone .
