Back dated pay?? we havent even got an agreement yet on what the pay rise is going to be or even if its going to be backdated so no idea when or how much that will be,

Xmas bonus should be friday before xmas

However the answers are.

1. Pay date 20 Dec for the Christmas Bonus - £200

2. Pay Deal has not been announced so as yet there is no back pay, and there is no guarantee of getting it either.

£200. when did it go up?
last year - we got £100 in june that was the start of the new amount.

am i right in thinking if u take industrial action u lose xmas bonus 25% per week during xmas pressure i hope im wrong

Surely getting the back pay should be a 'given'.

The pay deal is dated from 1 April this year whatever the rise turns out to be.

yes but alot of managers have been 'given' bonuses since april the 1st so the company is hard up at the mo so dont expect the backpay! :chuckle :crazy:

nope, the pay deal is dated from what ever agreement is reached on its implementation date, there is not necessarily an agreement to back date it to April
