Biggest enemy in RM?

In my opinion our biggest obstacle at work is our colleagues..,it doesn't matter what you tell them they still get in early and skip their meal reliefs...and then complain to the rep they've too much to do. I am paid 7.48 inc. meal relief and that's what I work. Problem is although I've been a postman for 10 years I choose to be a reserve, some hate being paired with me ;) Unlucky! And of course I'm getting tired of them. In what other job would you get in early skip breaks etc? I spoke to one today yesterday and it worked it he worked 9.15 hrs on Wednesday without getting paid the extra, but because he was done at 2.20pm he thought he'd done well....

I couldn't of said better myself, bunch of idiots ruuning around not taking breaks and comming in early, I dont think they'll ever learn maybe when it's too late, which wont be soon.
