As with all offices,(I imagine) there is a clear office policy,but this week because walks couldn't be covered by the management they just let it slide,we have some mail in our office that hasn't been delivered in 3 days!
surely they should have plans in place and get people from other offices if they are that much in the 'do do'?

a clear office policy. i.e. there should be no mail at all left in the office once everyone has left for their delivery. barring of course retensions/callers mail etc. all mail due to go out should go.

Didn't we say the same about the last CEO and probably a lot more down the line.
Past CEOs I am sure put 'good practice' first .. i.e. never interfered with the process of delivering mail in the first place!
