will I lose my duty or get sacked

I had a month off last march (2012) with an injury triggered a stage 1warning.ive not had a day sick untill last week when the old injury flared up again so will most certainly be off for another two probably 3 weeks. obviously managers are consintaly asking when will I be back etc . obviously I ignore the pressure I be back when im better and not before.said ill come on on light duties but ubable to yet.ill clearly get another stage 1warning but will anything else happen ie sack or loose duty
Dont want to lose job or duty as I actually quite like the job as I can ignore pressure from managers I dont work over unless I want to and stand up for myself

Ask for an ATOS referral and get a properly agreed return to work schedule.

same as clash ask for an telephone interview with ATOS they usually phone you, explain what happened and plan a return when and if you are ready, managers have no influence as far as ATOS are concerned. B

thanks all.ill ask about atos when I calll in tomorrow.didnt think I would get into to much trouble but just wanted to check.Will happily do whatever managers want.ie meet them for chat at home or office speak to atos but I wont be bullied into going back early.im guessing as long as you have a sick note from the doctors then you cannot be forced back althogh as I said ill happily go back on light duties when and only when im ready.

Despite asking every time I called still no call from atos.What shall my next cause of action be.havent spoke to dom yet so maybe thats the best cause of action.
