According to insiders - it repeats what is in the joint statement.
Nowhere does it mention a no strike agreement.

It mentions industrial stability.
BT 2010 also mentioned it. It wasn't a no strike agreement.

In passing could all members please check to see if a story has been posted already. Multiple threads on the same subject cause a lot of unnecessary traffic and can cause the database and server to run slow or even stop at times of heavy use. All members co-operation will be much appreciated.
