Just found out that the biggest moaner in the office, is texting other postman to come in. Also he states that the boss will pick them up and drop them off!! Sometimes I wonder what kind of people I am working with!!

Unwanted communication in any form could be considered bullying and harassment.
Royal Mail has a comprehensive policy on the use of computers and phones.

I still can't understand during the last strikes people stood on the picket line and then a couple of hours later they went out drinking with the guys who'd crossed the picket line........

I still dont talk to the twats that crossed our picket line. I know its considered a fine line with the B & H policy but managers cant make me talk to people I don't want to.

Might be better to use the words "not socialise with" rather than "not talk to"
