if we are the union how come we are not around the table or behind the close doors talking our future out those guys never go out in all weathers or lapse never get put in position to complete everyday. the union leaders will come out with a deal that will suit royal mail just like the last deals they have got us swings an roundabout remember that one

I think your manager(s) are confused.
There was a courier newsflash that said the offer was invalid, and that RM were committed to talks to reach a new one.
