hi all how much is the xames bonus this year i thought it was £200 this as part of last years agreements with £100 up front and xames up to £200 starting this year

Not only have you shortened the word CHRISTMAS.......you have even spelt the shortened version wrong, are you an area manager?

I'm sure that this is the 'bribe' that RM were offering to break the strike. As far as I am aware the Xmas bonus is £200 this year (pro rata).

The £300 no strike bonus no longer exists.

Under previous xmas arrangements we lost IIRC 3% for each day of official and 10% for day of unofficial.
