Royal Mail Propaganda
The latest letter from the Chief Executive of the Royal Mail Group is an act of desperation and discrimination.
The legal and factual position is as follows:
The company cannot discriminate against any employee for supporting their Union in a legally constituted Ballot for Industrial Action.
Neither the Royal Mail Group nor CWU can ever reach an agreement that discriminates financially against any individual.
A final agreement will not be based on the previously rejected pay offer, or the content of the Chief Executive’s divisive letter and beliefs.
A final agreement will deliver an improved pay and reward package that treats everybody equally – along with further company concessions on all the issues involved in this dispute.
The Chief Executive’s position is not sustainable.
Your collective strength will be the decisive factor - vote yes.

Just had this sent through so will put a copy up on the wall for folks to read ,
I put up Chris webb's today but the usual response from the doubtors,
There is folks in my office that dont talk to each other now god knows what will happen when a few of us will go out on strike . still i will hold my head high
Not sure if I can take another week of RM propagander , shame they cannot put as much effort in giving us decent T&C and wage rise

so with this letter has moyas little plan to pay strike breakers £300 been kicked out as its against some employment law.

The £300 on offer is entirely separate from the Christmas bonus where this is paid. It is also separate from the development of any ongoing incentive, which is underpinned by the £100, and paid alongside the Christmas payment.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

They do it with the xmas bonus, how is that not discrimination? Also, many workplaces do not pay sick pay for the first 3 days. That could be considered discrimination?
