Is there such a document that is related to training that we sign for? and sign off at each stage such as the cutting off procedures?
or are we just expected to know all this

You should have been given a learning record, also been made aware of the cutting off procedure. Your wpc goes through it all after your induction

Go to cwu website and look at new entrant agreement. That clearly sets out the agreed national procedure that covers the first 13 weeks on the job. Its the duty of the workplace coach to monitor your performance during this time. As for cutting off there should be a poster of some description in the workplace explaining the cutting off procedure so avoiding charges of wilful delay.the most important thing is always get your manager to check your workload before you leave. Get their instruction in writing if you have to.

I started in January and have never received a thing regarding checklists etc.
In fact I was thinking of writing to somebody, don't know who, to suggest that new people should have a list of things that make up the job.
As I've said before on here, it was 6 weeks before I knew a special had to be delivered before one o'clock.
It was only working in another office that I found out you should put the barcode from a special, track etc. on the bottom of a 739 and that was after about 4 months.

Every time you have a wtl sesh you sign that you have attended and you have understood what has been mentioned. These signatures probably cover a lot more than we think!

Ah! I'm on a 24 hour contract and rarely work a Tuesday, maybe 6 or 7 in 10 months.
