Were told today that a deal had been done and union had a meeting today.
Heard this from managers and union and drivers from other offices. Anyone know anymore?

there cant be alot left to agree on really, we have been privatised our pensions have been changed so basically it comes down to how many years they can manage to get to protect our t & c.

heard the same after area reps had a regional meeting. ward wants the deal, hayes want some kind of dispute. so I was told.

well apparently they were miles apart only last Friday so seems unlikely a deal on everything has been done unless its interim secret squirrel time again.Hopefully RMCs man on the inside Dingo can clear it up.

That's already agreed as part of BT2010 and if Royal Mail could find 20 D2D contracts a week for you I can guarantee you would already have them.

there was a txt message sent out on the pda's from management today mentioning some sort of deal had been struck, and to go to rm tv, or there webshyte or summik.

talks continue with CWU. The union are required to provide at least 7 days’ formal notice which has not yet been received.
