We had a line manager who really dragged our moral on to the floor, me and another postie went to see the dom, told him that because of the attitude of the manager people were refusing to do overtime and the sick record had gone through the roof and was constantly rucking with other managers in front of the posties , within 15 mins one of the posties was by a window and called out for all of us to come and look and there was our beloved manager walking down the road with his bag in his hand never to been seen again, result.

We had a poor bully of a manager once and we all totally slated him on the have your say. He got the lowest score they had ever recorded in out sector.

They sent a crisis team in and we all had the chance to be interviewed. We simply told the truth. He got moved to another office.
