Question about stage 1 (6 months/12 months)

Hello.
Just a quick question about being on a stage 1 warning, I triggered it back in October, then I also was off sick for 3 days in November last year. (won't go into it)
I haven't been off sick since November.
Is it to my understanding you only stay on a stage 1 warning for 6 months now and not 12 as of April? If that is the case am I off the stage 1 warning? I ask cause I'm sick as a dog right now and I don't want to trigger a stage 2 by being off sick.

You are no longer on a stage 1 but the sick absence last November will count towards any future stages until 12 months has passed.

Right think i got it, that will count so it would be classed as 2 sick absence's over a 12 month period if I ring in sick tomorrow (If i go in I'll give half the office what I have, I'm not well at all) and I would trigger a stage 1 again if I have another absence between now and end of November.
