LOCAL PROPOSAL WE MUST SIGN

Some advice please on our new local proposal!
Basically we must choose A or B to last 12 months, choose by 5th november else you will be made a B.

Choose A if you opt in to nil pressure agreement (current structure) where we could go over our time and not get paid for it, includes collapsing, breaks, to standard etc. Once you get back you may sign off and go home, no cutting off.

Choose B if you you want to opt out and you will be paid overtime (which must be authorised first etc and would be like rocking horse poop) should you go over, still be flexible for 30mins, BUT you must work until 2:40 every day including saturday by taking up any extra work to fill in on quiet tuesdays etc.

Whats the best option guys, is this a good proposal? problems may include differing partners etc then a repick might take place.

Option C for me - which is Option B without the enforced 30 flexibility - its voluntary even in the BT2010 agreement.

Choose option "H" - it's the same as Preparation "H" so you can tell them to shove it up their arse to cure the irritation.

it is east yorkshire yes but is it right we should sign and it lasts 12 months ? or s it the managers can't manage even if there are 6 spare in one office

To be honest Option A is a non-starter,it's a flyer/early starter's charter,it breaches half a dozen national agreements as well as being legally dubious.
Option B is how the job is supposed to be done although I would want some clarification over what "reasonable standard" means.

I think it is possibly a management opt out in disguise Fishtank !
If they give the flyers an agreed status they will not have to argue with staff pissed off at getting out late, when they are at home for 11:30am and there is mail ready to sort at the office for the following day. So "doing the job properly" goes out the window in favour of "do the job without additional expense and you can choose your own hours"

is this s**t being rolled out on a national level? If so why!!! this rubbish is not in any agreement & ive not heard of the cwu involvement in any of this! If i was in this situation id contact my branch ASAP!
